Thank you for your interest in submitting your original images to us.

Your submition

By submitting Images to us, you agree that:

• We may moderate the website and review the submitions and decide in our sole discretion whether to display or otherwise use the content of your submition.
• We may remove your submition at any time without notice to you.
• You are solely responsible for your insuring that your submition is not infringing on any copyrights
• You are solely responsible for your insuring that your submition is not breaking any laws and rulings
• You acknowledge that you were not and will not be compensated or granted any consideration by us or any third party in exchange for our use of your Images or the use of your Images by parties we authorize to use them.

You affirm, represent and warrant to us:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The User Information you provide to us true and accurate.
• You have not impersonated any person.
• You own or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and submit to us the images and to authorize us to use the images.

Original work

Every Image must be your original work or you must have a license for the use of the image. You take on full responsibility in case of copyright infringement.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, suits, allegations, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to or arising out of any actual or alleged violation of these terms.

Review process

The Images we select for publication and use are at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any submition. Submitions may be rejected for a variety of reasons, but here are some common issues:

• Spam
• Low Quality
• Unoriginal images
• Copyright infringement
• Incorrect and/or Sketchy Links
• Failing to provide essential information
• Digital image files that contain anti-copying or tracking devices.
• Images that contain elements that are unlawful or that we may not lawfully use or publish.
• Images that contain personally identifiable information such as, but not limited to, email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information.

License to us

You grant us irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license to download, display, publish, sell, sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, perform, adapt, translate, transmit, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit all Images in any form, medium or technology that we elect, whether now or in the future and use photos for free, including for commercial purposes, without permission from or attributing the photographer

Changes to these the terms and conditions

These the Terms and Conditions is effective as of Date and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time and you should check these Terms and Conditions periodically. If we make large material changes to these Terms and Conditions we will notify you by placing a prominent notice on our website.
